Draft for review

Terms

KidRecall is not an official or complete source of recall information. Always verify with the U.S. CPSC (cpsc.gov) or NHTSA (nhtsa.gov), and register your products with the manufacturer. High/Medium labels are KidRecall's own, based on the hazard wording.

KidRecall is a reading aid. The official CPSC or NHTSA notice is the authority for what to do. High and Medium labels are KidRecall's summary of the hazard wording, not a government grade and not a promise about any product.

The site does not sell products and does not include shopping links on recall, brand, or category pages. A recall page will not tell you that a product you own matches. An alert email calls a hit a possible match so you can check the model number yourself.

These terms are a draft and are not legal advice.
